Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy:
In the event of an entrant’s withdrawal from the tournament the entry fee less a $25 service charge will be refunded provided the withdrawal is requested in writing no later than October 10, 2008. In the event of a weather cancellation, a refund less $25 service charge will be made for each paid entry.
