FAQ:

How do I find out about meeting room use at the Osterville Library?
Read the Osterville Library Meeting Room Policy (see Document 1) to get all the information you need to make your decision.

Do you charge for use of your meeting rooms?
That depends upon the type of program or event you are holding,  which room you are holding it in, and whether it takes place after library hours. Fees are paid to the custodian or staff member to open the library, provide information about the library, and alarm the building after your event is over.

How do I find out about meeting room fees?
Read the Meeting Room Fee Structure (see Document 2).

Is there a fee for after hours use of the meeting room space?
Yes, the library hires a sub-contractor to open the library, provide security, secure it after leaving and to be available if there in an emergency. Sub-contractor fees are $12.00 per hour, $6.00 per half hour or part thereof.

How do I reserve a meeting room?
The Osterville Village Library provides a registration/application form (see Document 3) for your use. Fill out the registration form, and either fax, mail or deliver the form to the Administrative Assistant. You will be contacted by a representative of the OVL as soon as possible.
